Delivery Times

Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on production time. Delivery information and timelines for such products are specified on product pages.

In case of any disruption on our side, you will be informed based on your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and accurate.

Important: No deliveries are made on public holidays and holidays.

Cargo and Shipping

Depending on the model and weight of the products you choose, they will be delivered to you with insurance coverage by special transport equipment or our contracted cargo companies.

When the order arrives, it will be checked and, in case of damage, a damage report will be prepared. Please check your package upon delivery.

Order Notification

The products you purchase will be notified to you with a confirmation email.

If any of the selected products are out of stock, an email will be sent to you and the date the product will be restocked will be communicated.

Stock and Production Process

trendanahtar.com is an online shopping site. It allows many users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the same product may be purchased by multiple consumers and the product may be out of stock; in this case:

If the product you paid for online is no longer in stock, the production time is at least 4 (four) and at most 75 (seventy-five) days.

Important Note: If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment will be refunded.
